This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Oldtimer Map mobile application and related software (the "Application"). Oldtimer Map also provides a free website at oldtimer-map.com. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you at no charge.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application and delete any copies from your devices.

Oldtimer Map helps classic car enthusiasts discover and share events through our free website and mobile app. This Agreement covers your license to use the Application software. Rules for using the platform (accounts, content, acceptable use) are in our Terms of Service. How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to this Agreement, Oldtimer Map grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. There is no fee for this license. You may use the Application on multiple devices under the same account.

Content you submit through the Application (e.g. event listings, images, place suggestions) is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service with that content. We may moderate or remove content as described in the Terms of Service.

The Application may offer optional features that analyze an event flyer to prefill event fields. Automated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review all prefilled information before publishing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish. Processing of flyer images is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Application and its code, design, and branding (excluding your content) are owned by Oldtimer Map or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants only the limited license described above. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the license you grant us in the Terms of Service.

Any feedback, comments, or ideas you provide about the Application may be used by Oldtimer Map without obligation to compensate you.

The Application may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. maps, app stores). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Personal data processed by third parties is listed in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Application at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain any particular functionality.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or revoke your access if you breach this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete copies of the Application.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oldtimer Map and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Application shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oldtimer Map from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, your content, or your breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

We may update this Agreement when our practices or the law change. We will post the updated version with a new date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, uninstall the Application and stop using it.

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oldtimer Map regarding the Application and supersedes prior agreements on that subject.
