The castle is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the last entry at 3:30 PM. Please note that the courtyard and museum close at 4:30 PM. Dogs are allowed, and access to the castle is available until 1. 5 hours before closing.
Admission prices are 18 euros for adults and seniors, 11 euros for children aged 6 to 15, while children under 6 enjoy free entry. A family ticket for 2 adults and at least 2 children (ages 6-15) costs 47 euros. If you wish to reach the castle by lift, the price is 12 euros per person, with a return fare of 7 euros. Group tours are only available at full price, and the Carinthia Card cannot be used for this.
